Facilities
Stunningly landscaped private grounds enfold the hotel - offering tennis courts, golf, bowls and the Matt Roberts Gym - while the sea is an integral part of its design, with its four beaches and two separate islands, a huge variety of watersports and ample opportunities for rest and refreshment.    All guests have access to free watersports and basic tuition from the hotel's fully-trained team of instructors. The perfect way to try waterskiing, windsurfing and sailing safely for the first time, or simply to brush up your skills by using high-quality boats, boards and skis for no extra charge. The watersports facility on Ile aux Cerfs, accessed by a free boat shuttle from the main hotel (10 minute ride), provides plenty of activities for water enthusiasts. Many of these sports are free of charge to hotel guests.   Pool & Beach. The allure of water is everywhere - guests at Le Touessrok can enjoy any of four intimate, pristine white beaches and two beautifully designed pools.
Diving & Snorkelling. Surrounded by the turquoise Indian Ocean, Le Touessrok is a playground of water sports. Guests interested in snorkeling or learning to dive the PADI or NAUI way, can obtain instruction or equipment at the Diving Centre. The Centre has certified PADI and CMAS instructors offering excursions and special classes. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate complimentary use of the Peter Burwash International Tennis Club, located next to Hibiscus gardens, with four floodlit synthetic courts, individual coaching and full equipment hire.
Golf Across the lagoon on a private island, the new Le Touessrok Golf Course is destined to become one of the wonders of the game.

The island is just perfect for golf. It has a coastline of little bays, inlets and promontories – natural undulating topography, volcanic rock outcrops, lakes and gullies, and a profusion of tropical trees and plants. All 18 holes have views of the ocean.
Shopping: Le Touessrok shops offer a variety of quality products and are open seven days a week.
Kids Only Tucked away to one side of the hotel, in a log-built hideaway surrounded by trees, is KidsOnly. With its Robin Hood theme and exciting " secret " location, the club is the perfect way for kids staying at the hotel to really get the most out of their holiday. While parents relax on the beach or by the pool, happy in the knowledge that their children are busy and happy and safe, the young members enjoy all sorts of privileges.
Spa  -  Experience the ultimate in personal treatment at Le Touessrok.
The Givenchy Spa works with the fitness centre trainers next door to combine treatments and fitness programs with suggestions on nutrition, beauty and health, and with the fashionable Bastien Gonzalez Podiatry & Pedicure Clinic, also in the same building.
The Spa and Health Centre is open from 8.30am to 8.30pm and also features a hair salon and Givenchy Shop. It aims to give guests the ultimate feel-good experience.

Dining
Guests have an unprecedented choice of cuisines and locations. Two restaurants are set on the mainland overlooking the pool and beach, but guests can also cross the connecting bridge to dine on Frangipani Island, or take a free taxi boat to the Ile aux Cerfs or Ilot Mangénie for lunch at one of the beachside restaurants.
Drinks, snacks and tropical fruit - available all day until sunset - or select from a light a la carte menu on the beach (this service is available both on the main beach and on Frangipani Island).

Three Nine Eight. The main restaurant in the hotel, overlooking Trou d'Eau Douce Bay, Three Nine Eight is a dynamic eating experience. Working on several levels, it resembles a marketplace with live cooking stations offering a choice of cuisines. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Barlen's The look is thatched and the feel is relaxed. Barlen's is designed according to feng shui principles, with fiery under-lighting at the bar and a water-filled moat sealed with glass beneath the clients' feet. During the day, guests can choose from sushi and sashimi, Western char-grills, Japanese grills, salads and appetizers - perfect beachside dining, which can be described as "Asian with a twist". Near the Givenchy Spa, on the island adjoining the main hotel, Barlen's is open for lunch and dinner.

Safran Modern interpretations of classical Indian cuisine, set around a tandoori-oven kitchen, overlooking Trou d'Eau Douce Bay. A far smaller, more intimate dining experience, seating just 56 people for dinner, Safran unfolds around an open kitchen and tandoori ovens which produce wonderful breads and smells. Open sides framed by chic wooden shutters, mother-of-pearl bases to its bar and tandoor ovens, cutlery styled like old Indian daggers, beautiful glass and gold leaf plates, glassware that glows in the light and elegant copper cooking hoods over the ovens create a chic, designer-led ambience.
Sega Bar. Light refreshments, tropical cocktails and a wide variety of whiskies are served at the Sega Bar situated in the middle of the main pool.   All the bars on the islands, including the Sega Bar, the Beach Bar on the Ile aux Cerfs and Robinson's Bar on lot Mangénie, serve sandwiches and snacks.

Dining Extension:  Ile aux Cerfs A 10 minute boat ride takes you to the perfect place to spend a day relaxing by the beach, participating in a number of exciting water sports, or simply to enjoy a great meal.    Ilot Mangenie The truly romantic will love this deserted island, a few minutes by free boat transfer from the hotel, an exclusive retreat.
